We seek to invest in urban infill real estate assets with high quality locations, in high growth markets, located in the path of re-development that have been mismanaged, under capitalized, or under utilized by prior ownership. Value is created by way of improving the net cash flow of the property through strategic asset management, stabilizing occupancy, increasing rents to market, reducing expenses, select capital improvement projects and/or adaptive reuse. A secondary objective, when possible and where it does not meaningfully reduce financial returns, is to invest in assets that may also have a positive environmental or social impact, also known as “Impact Investing”.
