Ryan McDowell

Ryan is a co-founder of Stiltsville Capital LLC and oversees the firms finance, investment strategy and investor relations. He is a seasoned real estate executive most recently serving as SVP of real estate asset management for a top 3 national bank overseeing the Southern region of the U.S. as a real estate advisory specialist. Ryan has successfully closed over 550 commercial real estate transactions in 22 states throughout his career including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, primarily as principal. Ryan holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from FIU and received his Bachelor’s degree from UF.
Nidia McDowell
Co-Founder & COO
Nidia is one of the founders and principals of Stiltsville Capital LLC and leads the accounting, planning and operations efforts of the organization while also overseeing the administration of vendor contracts and services for property management, leasing, maintenance, and repairs. She is is an experienced operations and finance manager, having held various roles in this capacity for several large Fortune 500 Companies throughout her career. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami (UM) and received her Bachelor's degree from Florida International University (FIU). Nidia is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
